1． 到达中国机场后，去国际港Terminal办理登机手续，带好护照，机票。托运的行李可以是2个旅行包/箱
（30KG），随身可戴2件手袋 （carry-on）。大件2个旅行包/箱托运后，航空公司会给你登机证（Boarding
Pass），把登记证和护照，机票放在随手可拿到的地方。然后去过边防检查，给边检人员护照，机票，登机证和I－20（I20有时不要），边检人员审核后，会在你的护照上盖上"出境"印章。
2． 上飞机后，空姐将给你美国入境卡I－94，和美国海关申报单。填好后和护照，I20
放在一起。
3． 抵达美国旧金山国际机场后，将美国入境卡I－94，和美国海关申报单，I－20以及
护照一起交给移民官员。F-1 签证没有固定的在美国停留时间，只有在读，都是合法居留，将来你们I－94
上D/S ＝ Duration of Status 就是这个意思。

Checklist for documents you may
need to apply for PR (Green card):
1. Notarized birth certificate,
marriage certificate, CGFNS certificate,
diplomas, non-criminal record certificate,
nursing license in China, etc.
2. if you don't have CGFNS certificate,
ask your nursing school to send
out the transcripts of yours school
record, including courses taken
and scores, hours of theory and
clinical practice, shall be the
same or above the requirement as
CGFNS application, to New Mexico
nursing board.
3. Download the Visa Screen forms
from CGFNS website, ask your nursing
school and license authority to
send out the relevant forms to ICHP,
CGFNS from China.
4. Ask IELTS or TOEFL testing center
to send out the test score to CGFNS
for visa screen.
5. bring all original documents
with you if possible, or your family
can mail you at a later date.

Things to wear
American people wear casual clothes
most of the time. Please bring
casual comfortable cloth and shoes
with you. such as sweaters, shirts.T-shirts.sneaker,
the weather here just like spring
and summer one heavy jacket is fine.
